Wembley Walking Boards Project

As part of scheduled maintenance works, the project at Wembley involved the removal of existing old timber foot crossings which had deteriorated over time. These were replaced with new Strail foot crossings, providing improved durability and enhanced safety for pedestrian access. Additionally, GRP panels and Type 1 sub-base material were installed at both ends of the crossing to ensure stable infill and a level walking surface, completing the upgrade to a modern, low-maintenance solution.
